Marcos is a true artist and the inventor of the New Tattoo Art and the European registered and protected brand "Smoke ink ®". He was born an artist. His father was an art teacher and a well-known painter in Catalonia, Spain.
Marcos has 30 years experience in art, be it painting, drawing, sculpture, graphic design or 3D design.
He is a media designer and publicist, has worked as an art teacher, as well as several cartoon companies including for "Walt Disney".
He has been tattooing for more than 16 years, his specialty is Realistic (Hyperrealistic), but he really can do anything and he is really good at his work.
In 2001 he started tattooing in Barcelona, since 2013 you can find the studio in Germany as "Marlin Art Tattoo" in Hattingen. Marcos is currently specializing in medical micropigmentation, for nipple reconstruction after breast cancer. His wife studied medicine and practices micropigmentation in alopecia.
